Fleischer, Fleischer & Suglia handles sophisticated commercial real estate transactions relating to shopping centers, office buildings, industrial warehouses, etc. The firm also represents individuals in the purchase and sale of residences, vacation homes and other investment properties.

Our firm’s Real Estate services include contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, zoning and planning, “like kind” exchanges, review and negotiation of loan documents and landlord/tenant issues. CREDITOR’S RIGHTS AND BANKRUPTCY

 Fleischer, Fleischer & Suglia has an extensive collection practice, representing state and national banks, finance companies and other businesses or individuals in collecting past due receivables. The firm performs collection work throughout the entire State of New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Upon entry of a judgment, our office initiates aggressive post judgment collection procedures to maximize recoveries for our clients. The firm also maintains nationwide relationships with attorneys who handle collection matters.

 Fleischer, Fleischer & Suglia also represents creditors in Bankruptcy Court. The firm’s role includes filing proofs of claim and monitoring bankruptcy cases, seeking stay relief, negotiating resolutions of claims and litigating adversary proceedings.

 LITIGATION

Fleischer, Fleischer & Suglia is experienced in all facets of the litigation process. The firm handles litigation in all of the federal and state courts throughout the State of New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Our litigation practice concentrates on business and real estate issues including, but not limited to, shareholder disputes, employment matters, construction disputes, insurance coverage, collections and landlord/tenant conflicts.

ESTATE PLANNING/ADMINISTRATION

Fleischer, Fleischer & Suglia assists with all estate planning including, but not limited to, wills, trusts, power of attorney, living will, etc. Our attorneys are experienced in estate administration and preparation of the necessary federal and state estate tax returns, as well as litigation relating to estate matters.
