EDWARD C. FLEISCHER, ESQUIRE
Mr. Fleischer graduated from The City College of New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1959. In 1963, Mr. Fleischer graduated from Fordham University Law School. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is also a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
BRIAN M. FLEISCHER, ESQUIRE
Mr. Fleischer graduated from Bucknell University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Mr. Fleischer attended The National Law Center, George Washington University. While in law school, Mr. Fleischer interned with the Honorable Roger B. Andewelt, U.S. Court of Federal Claims. After graduating law school Mr. Fleischer went to work for Fox Rothschild in Philadelphia and worked in their corporate and litigation departments. In 1995, Mr. Fleischer founded Fleischer & Fleischer which later became Fleischer, Fleischer & Suglia. Mr. Fleischer’s practice concentrates in the areas of business/corporate law, leasing, commercial litigation (including extensive work in mortgage foreclosure and debt collection), real estate and estate planning. Mr. Fleischer is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Camden County Bar Association. For several years, Mr. Fleischer was a member of the Zoning Board in Voorhees Township, New Jersey.
NICOLA G. SUGLIA, ESQUIRE
Mr. Suglia handles a wide spectrum of business and real estate related matters. However, his practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and creditors’ rights. He represents banks, leasing companies and other financial institutions and businesses in connection with litigation and commercial collection matters. Mr. Suglia also represents creditors in bankruptcy court in pursuing stay relief motions, defending preference actions and litigating adversary proceedings.
Mr. Suglia graduated from Rutgers University, Camden College of Arts & Sciences, in 1994 with a double major in Political Science and Spanish. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 1997.
Mr. Suglia speaks Spanish fluently and has a conversational knowledge of Italian. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.
Mr. Suglia has appeared in the “Awesome Attorneys” feature in South Jersey Magazine in the areas of Business Law and Business Litigation Law and his peers have voted him a “Top Attorney” in SJ Magazine in the Business Litigation and Debt Collection categories. He appeared as a panelist on the topic of Bankruptcy Law on “Legally Speaking”, the Camden County Bar Foundation’s weekly television show. Mr. Suglia has served as a judge for the Rutgers University School of Law Hunter Moot Court Competition and the Vincent J. Apruzzese Mock Trial Competition. He is also on the board of the Latin American Economic Development Association, Inc., a non-profit economic development organization dedicated to the creation of small business ownership opportunities for minorities.
JACLYN SCARDUZIO DOPKE, ESQUIRE
Ms. Dopke graduated with honors from Rutgers University, Camden College of Arts & Sciences, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She obtained a Juris Doctor and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University in 2004. Ms. Dopke joined Fleischer, Fleischer & Suglia in 2001 and worked as a law clerk throughout the remainder of her law school career. Her practice concentrates in the areas of business/corporate law, commercial litigation, commercial foreclosure and estate planning and administration. Ms. Dopke is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is currently a member of the Swedesboro Woolwich Board of Education and a Gloucester County Democratic Committee Woman for District 4. She previously served as a member of the Joint Land Use Board and Plan Petition Committee in Woolwich Township, New Jersey for five (5) years.
ALLISON L. DOMOWITCH, ESQUIRE
Ms. Domowitch graduated from Penn State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Ms. Domowitch was a member of the American Journal of Law and Medicine. Her practice concentrates in the areas of business and commercial litigation, including leasing, debt collection and creditors’ rights. Ms. Domowitch is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
